Returns - Neu Nomads
RETURNS
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email with the reason for your return to contact@neunomads.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your NEU NOMADS items, we are happy to accept returns and refund your payment if it meets four simple conditions. Returns that do not meet any of our four return requirements will be shipped back to you.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
- Return must be shipped to us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless covered by our Special Holiday Returns policy.
- All returns must be made through our returns process. Our systems cannot accept and process returns made from outside shipping methods.
- Special Holiday Returns - Holiday orders placed after November 6th, will be eligible for return until January 10th.
- Items that missed their return window or are not eligible for return can be listed in our reseller site with TREET.
Please note that refunds may take 2-7 business days for refunds to post to your account.
- Add a blurb on the Returns page that highlights the option to list an item for sale if the item has missed the return window or is not eligible for return.
