ORDERING & PAYMENT

Order Processing and Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm US (Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We also accept Afterpay, Amazon Prime, ApplePay and PayPal. 

SHIPPING

• Domestic shipping and returns are free for all orders in the USA, no minimum purchase required.
• International orders are responsible for return shipping charges to either our USA or Germany warehouse.
• Any orders shipped using the free shipping promotion will be shipped via USPS. 
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New York within 48 hours after the order is placed on business days.  Orders that are placed on the weekends will ship out the following Monday.  
• After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination 
• EU Customers: We have a warehouse in Germany and offer a flat rate of $5 for anywhere in the EU Zone - duties are included in the purchase price at checkout.

• International orders are returnable at the customers expense
• We can ship to the UK but items are not returnable, please contact us directly for details

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your NEU NOMADS items, we are happy to accept returns and refund your payment that meet four simple conditions. Any returns that do not meet any of our four return requirements will be shipped back to you.  

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
• Return must be shipped to us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless covered by our Special Holiday Returns policy.
• All returns must be made through our returns process below. Our systems cannot accept and process returns made from outside shipping methods.
• Special Holiday Returns - Holiday orders placed after November 6th, will be eligible for return until January 10th. 

Please note that refunds may take 2-7 business days for refunds to post to your account.

GARMENT CARE

We love a steamer!  We suggest steaming your garments to ease up the wrinkles but if you have to use an iron be sure to set it to low heat.  Steaming neutralizes 99% of the bacteria so unless you spill or stain you can keep them looking new longer by using a steamer to clean.  

Our garments should be washed in cold water with like colors.  Hang or lay flat to dry.  They can also be dry cleaned but the most eco-friendly option is always to avoid dryers and dry cleaning altogether.  

Care instructions are noted on each product page and also listed on the garment tag which is found on the inside seam. Neu Nomads fabrics are always specially washed and pre-shrunk before they are sewn.  

 

OUR FABRICS

Our fabrics have a story all their own!  

Our signature Satin Lenzing Tencel® is one of the most sustainable fibers in the textile industry. It is made with beech wood, a replenishable raw material, and during production up to 95% of the chemicals used are recycled. Lenzing Modal® is CO2-neutral since the production process is integrated with cellulose recovery.  This signature fabric combines aesthetics and utility in a fabric that’s as sturdy as it is feather light and lustrously soft. The all-natural fiber is a biodegradable and 100% renewable natural resource and has been responsibly manufactured using energy and water-conserving methods.

SIZE GUIDE

If there’s anything 25+ years in the fashion industry has taught us, it’s that women are unique, and no two bodies are the same. Your clothes should fit you, not some made up ‘perfect’ bust-waist-hip ratio.

With that in mind, our styles are designed to be easy fitting not form fitting.  Our collection features sizes XS - XL and we offer XXS and XXL via special order.  Just email us to place the order contact@neunomads.com and we're happy to help! We've created a handy size chart to help you make the right choice of sizes. 

The size guide below provides the measurement of our fit model and grading from size to size.  Please note these details are listed in inches.  

To find out your size measurements:  

Bust - take the measurement around your bust at widest point

Waist - take the measurement around your navel.  

Hips - take the measurement around the widest point below hip bone.
